The Manor House coop includes four windows for proper ventilation and a large door to allow for human entry. This Manor House Coop includes a 4' x 4' hen house with 12" deep litter bed.  2 egg laying boxes hang on the henhouse door for easy access for egg retrieval.  The 4'x4' henhouse allows for the option of 1 or 2 roosts for your happy hens. The large back door to the hen house also allows for easy cleaning. The 4' x10' screened area leaves plenty of room for your hens to roam, and protection from predators. Screening of all our coops comes standard with black PVC coated 20-gauge hexigrid metal. This PVC black hexigrid UV resistant coating adds to its life and reduces its visibility. A feature to the Manor house coop is the protective covering above the range area. The solid metal roof protect your hens from the rain and the harsh rays of the sun during summer months.
